Most of our projects follow the same six-part process, outlined below.

Inquiry
We’ll get back to you to provide some ideas, ask questions and give an initial quote. We might offer advice on how we could bring your ideas to life with different materials, and how we can help you make the best use of space.

Initial Quote
If you’re happy with the initial quote, we’ll book a time to visit your home or office, take measurements, prepare samples, and talk your project through in more detail. Following this, we’ll produce a design, which we’ll refine from your feedback until you’re completely happy. We ask for a small deposit to cover this design work, which comes off the final project cost should you go ahead.

Design Phase
Time to build! Before we get started, we’ll take a deposit (usually 75% of the total fee, although we can split larger projects into three payments). This allows us to order materials and start making your project. We’ll provide updates throughout, and you’re always welcome to visit the workshop to see work in progress.

Manufacturing
As we near completion, we’ll contact you to book a convenient installation date. We build as much of the joinery as possible in the workshop to minimise disruption, and we’ll let you know how much time we expect to be onsite for installation.

Final Payment

Once your project is delivered and installed, and you’re totally happy, we’ll send our final invoice. You can rest easy knowing that our furniture comes with a three-year guarantee, and we use hinges and runners with a lifetime guarantee.
